Returns + Refunds

Order Cancellations:

We accept cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. You will receive a refund for the cancellation. We are unable to cancel an order if the product has already been shipped.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept returns. Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the item.

To return an item, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. In order to complete a return, we require your receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items returned without a prior request for return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items are non-returnable, such as customized products (such as special orders or personalized items). If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on promotional items or gift cards.

Refunds (if applicable)

If the return is caused by the consumer, the shipping cost will be borne by the consumer, and the specific price will be based on the courier you selected.

If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, the consumer will not be responsible for the shipping costs incurred.
